RETURN POLICY

We test our products and strive to provide excellent service. BEFORE you return your merchandise within 30 days of receipt, please contact Armour Products between 9:30am and 4:00pm EST (Monday – Thursday) at 973-427-8787 for return authorization OR email sales@ArmourProducts.com with details as to why you need to make a return.

Returned items must arrive sealed / unopened in new condition in the original packaging. Take extra care when shipping back fragile items, like glass pieces. The product needs to arrive in resalable condition to receive your refund. All returned shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made after inspection of the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any returns made that were Not the error of Armour Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Orders containing discontinued or clearance items that are substantially discounted are not eligible for return and a refund will not be allowed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please contact us immediately if you receive a package that is damaged or missing any merchandise. If the package is damaged, retain all the packaging. UPS or USPS need to see the packaging before the claim is processed.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTES Please call us at 973-427-8787 to investigate a transaction you don’t recognize before contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge.

RETURNED PACKAGES If a package was refused and sent back to us, the original shipping cost along with the second attempt shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer before we can re-ship.

OUR GUARANTEE We want you to have a great shopping experience purchasing products through our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise or receive a damaged product, please email us at sales@ArmourProducts.com with a description of the problem.

You need to be a registered “wholesale customer” to see your cost prices on www.armourproducts.com. Our wholesale customers need to have a Brick & Mortar store, a proprietary website, or a professional crafter with a website selling finished craft items. We are not offering wholesale prices to resellers on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
