Project Steps

This design was etched in stages.The technique allows the use of a particular stencil image multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously. Additionally, it enables stencil images to be placed in closer proximity than the stencil borders would otherwise permit.
After preparing the glass, follow the Rub N Etch instructions to rub some stars randomly on the glass. Work in small sections at a time varying the size and space between the stars.
Follow the etching cream directions to etch these stars onto the dish. Repeat the process until the dish is covered with the desired amount of stars.
