Preparation and Usage Starting Skills
Project Steps
- To etch the entire design at one time requires 3 of the repeating patterns sheets. To use only one sheet, etch the heart squares one at a time onto the glass.
- After preparing the glass, draw a centerline down the back of the vase with a china pencil or water soluble marker. See the centerline tutorial if necessary.
- Turn the vase over and position the square heart stencils on either side of the line as shown. Place the valentine stencils in the open spaces opposite the stencil squares.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the designs onto the vase.
