Project Steps
- Please note- only true colored glass can be etched with cream. Always test before you begin.
- This design used a masking technique which allows for the selective use of certain parts of a stencil in specific locations.
- After preparing the glass, position the Mother’s Day stencil so the word Mother is across the widest part of the vase.
- Place masking tape securely under and over the parts of the stencil you do not want to use.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the word Mother onto the vase.
- With tweezers and glue, attach the crystal embellishments as desired.
