Project Steps
- Please note- not all glass with design features and colors can be etched. Always test in an inconspicuous spot first.
- This design used a masking technique which allows for the selective use of certain parts of a stencil in specific locations.
- After preparing the glass, position a butterfly on the banner stencil in your desired location on the glass. Cover all other design features on the stencil securely with masking tape.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the butterfly onto the charm.
- Wipe the pendent down with glass cleaner. Follow the directions on the metallic wax to apply the gold wax into the etching.
