Preparation and Usage Starting Skills

Project Steps

  1. This design was etched in stages. The technique allows the use of a particular stencil image multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously. Additionally, it enables stencil images to be placed in closer proximity than the stencil borders would otherwise permit.
  2. After preparing the glass, place reindeer, holly and snowflake stencils randomly on the jar. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch them onto the jar.
  3. Repeat the process of adding and etching snowflakes, reindeer and holly until the desired amount on the jar is achieved.
  4. Attach the embellishments as shown. Tie the ribbon around the neck of the jar.
